As a Scheduling Support Specialist, you will handle inbound patient calls and chats and assist with scheduling, medication refills, and doctor referrals for urology patients.

Responsibilities:

➡️ Schedule appointments and procedures for urology patients
➡️ Assist patients with medication refills and doctor referrals
➡️ Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments
➡️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
➡️ Handle billing inquiries and process payments
➡️ Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

Requirements:

• Available to work on-site
• Advanced English Level (Mandatory)
• Excellent computer and customer service skills
• Call Center Experience Preferred
