We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Training Specialist to design, deliver, and facilitate comprehensive training programs that enhance employee performance and support organizational goals. This role requires a dynamic professional who can inspire, educate, and empower team members through effective coaching and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions for new hires and existing staff
- Create and update training materials, presentations, and documentation
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new team members
- Conduct refresher training sessions to reinforce key concepts and skills
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma
- Preferred: College degree or higher
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience (call center environment strongly preferred)
Performance Enhancement
- Coach and mentor employees to improve individual and team performance
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support professional development
- Monitor trainee progress and adjust training methods to maximize effectiveness
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions
Quality Assurance & Support
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs
- Provide ongoing support to staff post-training to ensure knowledge retention
Administrative & Travel
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Travel locally and internationally as required for training purposes
- Adapt training approaches to meet the needs of diverse learning styles and environments
Benefits:
- Salary Range: RD$45,000.00 – $49,000.00
