How do I apply?
You can apply through our website, Social Media Channels and events we host or participate in. Our recruitment process can be fully virtual or OnSite, Walk-Ins are always welcome.
How long does the recruitment process take?
After you submit your application, the recruitment team will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours to start the process. Overall, it can take 1-3 business days.
How do I prepare for the interview?
During the interview, our Recruiters will test your level of English, computer and typing skills, and customer service proficiency. Relax and be yourself!
What is the English level I need to work for CCD?
The English level depends on the open position you are applying to. Still, opportunities with us start at English level B2, which is the second level of English in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). There are available free English exams on the internet to test your proficiency. Please don't hesitate to apply!
