A dedicated professional who excels at recovering outstanding balances through strategic communication while ensuring full regulatory compliance and positive customer interactions.
- Proactively pursue small-dollar claims including out-of-pocket balances
- Manage both inbound and outbound collection calls using auto-dialer technology
- Maximize recovery rates while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations
- Track and document collection activities and payment arrangements
- Resolve account disputes and negotiate payment plans
- Meet or exceed collections targets and performance metrics
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities
