Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to inbound bilingual (English/Spanish) imaging patient calls
  • Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Document patient calls and follow up on inquiries
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Available to work on-site
  • Advanced English Level (Mandatory)
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills
  • Call Center Experience Preferred
