Responsibilities:
Agents will serve as the critical link between insurance companies and food service partners, handling:
- Verification of member eligibility for nutrition benefits
- Coordination with food service partners for meal delivery
- Resolving authorization issues and appeals when necessary
- Provide CX to program members
Requirements:
- Work 5 days per week. Select your preferred schedule with fixed days off
- Advanced English Level (Mandatory)
- Customer Service experience is a plus
